CUBE WORK with END DATE

The City of Stockton requires a six month advance notice for retirement. July 1, 2013 the City began its new fiscal year with one certain employee departure. Stockton employs approximately 1,400 people. With 12 departments, the City of Stockton is a full-service city providing many public services. The Police Department oversees Neighborhood Services/ Code Enforcement where I have worked and learned so much about how a city operates. The Program Manager Ron Girard hired me in 2004, and when Ron retired, God brought in Richard Dean, for His purpose.  Richard introduced me to my husband Michael Hoyle. It has been a wonderful experience to work with so many colorful personalities.  Ron Girard, Sue Brause, Tracy LaBarber, Richard Dean, Cal Grigsby, Kim Council,, Bob Boswell, Lynne Smith, Lori Nielsen, Lin Gioseffi, Flo Medina, Jobi Spano, Stan Conley, Donna Pyeatt, Almarosa Vargas, Peter Lemos, Jeff Hunt, Dale Price, Tim Sallady, Steve Stavrakakis, JP, JW, Carrie Lane, Blake Froberg, Chuck LaMar, Jess Covarruvias, Steve Zerweck, Vic Kornacki, Glenn Lucas, Abel Jacquez, Robb Lopus, Ronald Martinez, AJ Nelson, Sabrina Zamora, Rhonda Archbold, Desiree Bambico, Ron Hiltcher, Dwight Brown, Marvi Hagan, Karen Daly, Ajay Powell, Fred Satariano, Gary Forsythe, Deanna Solina, Wendy Morrow, Barbara Atkinson, Pat Hunter. Today my official resignation letter was submitted and today I celebrate my memory of each individual who contributed to my career at the City.

SUBJECT:  BARBARA ALLEY HOYLE’S RESIGNATION

Please accept this letter of resignation from my position as Secretary for the Stockton Police Department, Neighborhood Services Section effective December 31, 2013.  I am thrilled to enter the next chapter that God has planned for me as a community servant in Mexico.

My position as Secretary for the City of Stockton, Neighborhood Services Section has enriched my understanding of the vital need for community service.  I believe that God strategically placed me in a place that would increase my compassion and capacity to serve a broad base of diverse needs.  My personal take away is far more than any contributions made.

As God is the One who leads me, it is His plan that I travel to Chapala, Jalisco and apply what I have gained in knowledge of City government in a new community.

I have been genuinely blessed by the awesome opportunity to work with such a wonderful family of uniquely gifted people!

Sincerely,

Barbara Alley Hoyle
Secretary

Walks to the park, along the malecon, a possible weekend in Puerta Villarta.
Our first resident experience together will be luxurious.  The gated community is located off Francisco Ignacio Madero Highway 44, EXIT: Francisco Villa.  Previous tenants raved about the special care taken by owners Berni and Lee, as well as the spectacular view of Lake Chapala. It is within walking distance to Municipio de Chapala and the main street of Hidalgo.  Calle Miguel Martinez and Casa De La Luz on La Estacion is less than a mile away.  We will enjoy a trip to Guadalaraja to inquire about healthcare and get details required to apply for FM3 status.  Our plans are to return to the states and place our home in Galt for sale in the Spring of April 2014.  As we are spoiled with a home with a pool, we will explore a membership to a local club for our exercise and enjoyment.

WORD POWER

The truth is amazing! Jesus Christ is a person that came into my life! He gave me eyes to see God's Son shining upon me!  Jesus believes in me so much that He laid down His life that I may live for Him on this earth making a difference for His kingdom.  Jesus is the ultimate, once-in-a-lifetime Person to have as a friend, a genuine power Partner.  He is Immanuel, God with us, and He is the giver of all things good.  With His eyes He scans the earth seeking a pure heart, an open mind, and a willing spirit that He can bless. God gave all creation a voice, a means of communication.  To intentionally practice thinking His thoughts, to aspire to be His instrument, to inhabit His ambition, His earnest desire to use you, is a reason, is a source of motivation to act in ways that bring about His will.  To practice believing that His presence is everwhere, all the time is to be connected to His divine influence. With such a holy thrust of His presence "in us" we are inspired, we feel a strong, irresistible impulse, a compulsion to trust that He will bless the direction of our God given inclinations.  With God on our side, and His indwelt Holy Spirit equipping us, who can stop us from
doing good?  LIFE IS GOOD and we are here to have a good time while being used by God to do more good.  WOW what a priviledge.  LET US REAFFIRM our ASSETS: God is with me.  God is for me. God wants to bless me. God will never depart from me. God goes before me. God opens doors for me. God sustains me. God protects me. God believes in me. God approves of me. God forgives me. God loves me. God always gives more than what I ask for.  God is exceedingly wonderful, powerful, almighty!  With all this TRUTH proclaimed, a holy compulsion overtakes me to rejoice and take action.
